1. General Provisions

1.1. SteamSmm (the “Service”) provides automated and manual services for Steam and CS2: comments, likes, followers, ratings, Steam Awards, CS2 commends, and retail and wholesale sales of Steam accounts.

1.2. By using the Service, you (the “User”) agree to these Terms of Service.

2. User Requirements

To use the Service, the User must:

  • Be over 16 years old
  • Have a valid Steam account
  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Have sufficient knowledge of the Steam platform

The Service must not be used for:

  • Fraudulent activities
  • Violating the rules of the Steam platform
  • Distributing spam or malicious content
  • Violating the laws of the Russian Federation or other countries

3. Services and Payment

3.1. Available services:

  • Steam promotionComments, likes, followers, and other actions for profiles and content.
  • Hours and cardsGame-hour boosting and automatic card farming.
  • Steam awardsAutomatic delivery of 1 to 2000 awards.
  • CS2 commendationsFriendly, Teacher, and Leader categories.
  • Steam accountsAutomatic delivery from live account stock.
  • Steam rentalsGame account rentals for the selected duration.

3.2. Payment for services:

  • Minimum top-up amount: 10 rubles
  • Funds are credited to the internal balance
  • Refunds are available only in exceptional cases
  • The balance is topped up through payment systems

3.3. Placing orders:

  • Minimum order: 10 units
  • The price depends on quantity (the larger the quantity, the lower the price)
  • An order is deemed accepted after successful payment
  • An order may be canceled before fulfillment begins

4. Limitations and Disclaimer of Liability

4.1. SteamSmm does not guarantee:

  • 100% fulfillment of all orders (technical failures may occur)
  • Permanent retention of promoted actions (Steam may remove them)
  • The absence of consequences imposed by the Steam platform

4.2. The User understands and agrees that:

  • Using promotion services may violate Steam rules
  • Steam may impose sanctions on the User’s account
  • SteamSmm is not liable for Valve’s actions
  • The User alone bears the risks of using the Service

5. Grounds for Refusal of Service

SteamSmm reserves the right to refuse service without stating a reason, including in the following cases:

  • Violation of rules — Violation of these Terms of Service or Steam rules
  • Fraud — Attempts to deceive, reverse payments, or initiate chargebacks
  • Automation — Using bots to perform automated actions
  • Technical reasons — Technical problems or system updates

6. Refunds

6.1. Refunds are provided in the following cases:

  • A technical error while topping up the balance
  • The Service is unable to fulfill an order due to its own fault
  • A duplicate payment

6.2. Refunds are NOT provided in the following cases:

  • The User changes their mind
  • Valve blocks the Steam account
  • Incorrect information was provided when placing the order
  • The User violates Steam rules

6.3. Refund procedure:

  • A refund request must be submitted to support
  • Review may take up to 7 business days
  • The refund is issued to the original payment method
  • Payment system fees are non-refundable

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. Rights of the Service:

  • SteamSmm is a trademark of the Service
  • All rights in the software code are protected
  • The website design and content are the property of the Service

7.2. User restrictions:

  • Copying or reproducing any materials is prohibited
  • Reverse engineering the software code is prohibited
  • Using trademarks without permission is prohibited

8. Changes to the Terms

SteamSmm reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

Changes take effect when they are published on the website.

Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the court at the location of the Service.

The applicable law is the law of the Russian Federation.
