Terms of Service

1.1. SteamSmm (the “Service”) provides automated and manual services for Steam and CS2: comments, likes, followers, ratings, Steam Awards, CS2 commends, and retail and wholesale sales of Steam accounts.

1.2. By using the Service, you (the “User”) agree to these Terms of Service.

2.1. To use the Service, the User must:

• Be over 16 years old
• Have a valid Steam account
• Provide accurate information during registration
• Have sufficient knowledge of the Steam platform

2.2. The Service must not be used for:

• Fraudulent activities
• Violating the rules of the Steam platform
• Distributing spam or malicious content
• Violating the laws of the Russian Federation or other countries

3.2. Payment for services:

• Minimum top-up amount: 10 rubles
• Funds are credited to the internal balance
• Refunds are available only in exceptional cases
• The balance is topped up through payment systems

3.3. Placing orders:

• Minimum order: 10 units
• The price depends on quantity (the larger the quantity, the lower the price)
• An order is deemed accepted after successful payment
• An order may be canceled before fulfillment begins

3.4. Terms specific to certain services:

• Steam Awards are fulfilled manually within 12 hours after a valid order is placed.
• For CS2 commends, the User must connect to the specified server and remain there until fulfillment is complete; no effect on Trust Factor is guaranteed.
• Retail Steam accounts are sold only from the displayed stock and are delivered automatically after funds are successfully deducted from the balance.
• Wholesale account orders are available from 1,000 units and are processed within 24 hours; communication and delivery take place through the Telegram account provided by the User.
• For manual services, the fulfillment period is stated on the relevant service page before the order is placed.

SteamSmm reserves the right to refuse service without stating a reason, including in the following cases:

6.1. Refunds are provided in the following cases:

• A technical error while topping up the balance
• The Service is unable to fulfill an order due to its own fault
• A duplicate payment

6.2. Refunds are NOT provided in the following cases:

• The User changes their mind
• Valve blocks the Steam account
• Incorrect information was provided when placing the order
• The User violates Steam rules

6.3. Refund procedure:

• A refund request must be submitted to support
• Review may take up to 7 business days
• The refund is issued to the original payment method
• Payment system fees are non-refundable

7.1. Rights of the Service:

• SteamSmm is a trademark of the Service
• All rights in the software code are protected
• The website design and content are the property of the Service

7.2. User restrictions:

• Copying or reproducing any materials is prohibited
• Reverse engineering the software code is prohibited
• Using trademarks without permission is prohibited

8.1. SteamSmm reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

8.2. Changes take effect when they are published on the website.

8.3. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9.1. All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through negotiation.

9.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the court at the location of the Service.

9.3. The applicable law is the law of the Russian Federation.
