Yes, it is completely safe! We use proven promotion methods with real accounts. Your Steam account will not receive bans, removals, or other penalties.
Payment providers may occasionally experience delays. If the funds do not appear within 10 minutes after payment, contact our technical support team. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Do not worry! If the link or category is invalid, the order will not be fulfilled. The funds will automatically return to your account balance.
Speed depends on the quantity and promotion type:
  • Small orders (up to 100 units) - 5-15 minutes
  • Medium orders (100-500 units) - 15-60 minutes
  • Large orders (500+ units) - 1-3 hours

In rare cases, very large orders may take up to 12 hours.

An order may be cancelled for several reasons:
  • Comments are disabled on the Steam profile
  • The profile is level 0 (level 1 or higher is required)
  • The link is invalid or does not work
  • The account is private

When an order is cancelled, the funds are automatically returned to your balance.

Questions about CS2 commends

How fulfillment works, why you must join the server, and what to expect.

Commends create positive activity around the in-game profile. Players receive Friendly, Teacher, and Leader marks. This activity may be one positive reputation and Trust Factor signal, but Valve keeps its algorithm private, so no specific Trust Factor change can be guaranteed.
The estimated speed is 100–150 commends per hour. Actual speed depends on account availability, game server status, and whether the recipient remains connected. Large orders are delivered gradually and current progress is shown on the order page.
Yes. You must stay on the specified CS2 server during fulfillment. After ordering, open the order page, copy the connection command, and join the server. Stay until completion. If you disconnect, fulfillment pauses and can continue after you return.
There is no special lifetime purchase limit. You can order the packages available on the site and place another order after the previous one finishes. Only one order runs for a Steam account at a time so progress is tracked correctly.
Commends do not modify game files and do not require your login or password. The service uses the standard CS2 commend mechanism, and you only need to join the server. We are not aware of bans specifically for receiving commends through the service, but Valve determines and enforces its rules, so claiming zero risk would be inaccurate.
